Right on Time!

Well here we are again 3 mos. later with a FEW new posts.  Now,  to make it really worth your wild or while (what is it?  I don't think I've ever written it out before,  its way too late) only look at 1 post per month.  There you go.  There is the secret!

Here is a quick update on what is going on...We still have our "vacation home" in Az.  Anyone want to buy it? We have had 4 offers that the wonderful bank of Wells Fargo has declined.  First the buyer wanted to assume the loan...NO WAY!!!  You can't do that that would be way to easy.  Then we had an offer of 165k's  sounds like a great mortgage right?  But wait, yup you guessed it...DECLINED!  The next offer for 130Ks (100,000 less than what we owe)...DECLINED.  Our last Offer for 115K. We are still waiting for the the Big DECLINE.  Our realtor says he has an investor with 104 k cash.   Now that is the kind of mortgage I want.  Yeah so thats fun!

Hope all is well with all of you.  Love to hear from you,

Nicole

All the Feathers were here!

My little bro. and his family were here visiting.  It was great to be with all of the cousins,  both of my brothers and their wives.  It was a fun time had by all.  Where are all the pictures you ask?  They are all on the Feathers blog so you will just have to go there to look.   Thanks Sara!  Well... my camera broke!   What in the world am I going to do with out my best friend?   I guess I will have to replace it.  Seth said "while you are at Costco just pick up another little camera until we find out what is wrong with yours"   Twist my arm!!!   So I did.  It wasn't so little but gosh am I having fun with it.  I just need to find a job to pay for it now.  Oh well... totally worth it!

Frostey's came to visit.

We love the Frosts!  Seriously are these all of our kids?  We had so much fun with them.

It was all we could do to prove to the world that we both actually had boys at the end.  They wanted nothing to do with having their picture taken.

The big day is almost here for Seth's sister Sam.  She was brave enough to ask the girls if they wanted to go with her dress shopping.  They loved it! Surprise.   It did take a while in between dresses so they got a little restless.   These are the only pics you will see of your bride Scott.  She looked gorgeous!!!  Wait till you see her on Sat.

Moroni

Watching Moroni at the very end.  Putting on the finishing touches.  Polishing him up.
We were all dressed in black and white, so we could all get free food from Chik fil a.  Love It!!!
Makayla  and Landon our next door neighbors.
Roxy soooo did not want me to take her picture.  But it is more fun when she's mad.

We went and watch "the workers"  put Moroni on the Oquirrh Mtn. Temple in our neighborhood. Moroni has a hook on his head which is a lightening rod and they hoist him up with the crane.  He is 13 ft tall and there is a huge pole on the bottom that goes right in the steeple of the temple.  It was so amazing!

What? Its been 10 years? Here we come Hawaii!

We spent 2 entire days in the Arizona Airport on the lowest priority standby waiting list.  I didn't think we would ever make it.  It was HORRIBLE!!!  There is something to be said about shelling out the big bucks to actually reserve your seat.  I will never do that again!
We make a pact that we would only eat at restaurants that were only in Hawaii... why did we end up at Cheesecake Factory 3 times?  Soooo freaken good.
How does a pineapple grow?  I didn't know either.  Love that Dole whip!
I don't know what to say!
Please, its just shaved ice.  Ummm oh no its not uh uh!!!  Matsumotos Shaved Ice has to be one of the best things I have ever had.   Try it, you'll like it.

Seth and I went to Hawaii for our 10 yr. anniversary.  Sooo much fun.  I couldn't wait to get away and not have a schedule, not cut up anyones food, or wipe any buns  for a whole week...well, we had the time of our lives but why did I think about my crazy kids the whole time?  The one time I get to relax and I didn't know how.
